Responsibilities:
* Welcome residents and visitors, coordinating with Security when necessary.
* Act as the main point of contact for residents, assisting with requests and providing personalized service.
* Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communications.
* Resolve complaints in coordination with Management.
* Manage resident services efficiently and proactively.
* Report security, maintenance, or cleanliness issues.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information.
* Provide outstanding, branded, and professional customer service.
* Maintain strong knowledge of local restaurants, shops, attractions, and transportation.
* Build and maintain a database of suppliers and trusted vendors.
* Maintain positive relationships with merchants and collaborators.
* Create a monthly newsletter featuring city events.
Schedule:
* Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (8-hour rotating shifts)
* Possible schedule extension in the future.
* Two concierges cannot be off on the same day
