Restaurant Director – Ibiza
Our 2 restaurants are well-established restaurants located in Ibiza (Eivissa + central island location). We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Your mission
* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant with assistance of our current manager
* Lead, motivate and develop a multicultural team.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Control labour costs, food costs and profitability.
* Recruit, train and evaluate employees.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
* Work closely with the owner to drive growth and continuous improvement.
Profile
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a busy restaurant.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations in Ibiza and cost control.
* Fluent English and Spanish are required. Additional languages are an advantage.
* Passion for hospitality, high service standards and attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
