About the role:
The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Chief Concierge. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Chief Concierge works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
What you will do:
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you bring:
Our ideal Chief Concierge candidate have a special talent and passion for ensuring the highest of standards consistently and exceptional service. You should have managerial Concierge experience in luxury hotels, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and have the desire to focus on the development of our team. Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening, and you must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position.
This role might operate on a rotating shift basis, covering morning and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
