In Minor Hotels, we are seeking for a temporary Proactive Sales Executive. If you are interested in join us, check the following paragraphs:
Main functions:
* Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, Sales visits, Trade Shows, Fairs, etc.)
* Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). Proper follow ups liaising with Contracting Team.
* Analyze local market and trends
* Organize Hotel show arounds and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel,
* Build strong relationships with customers.
* Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis.
* Assist the Contracting Team when needed in order to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent.
* Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions.
* Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel.
* Account Management. Responsible for specific accounts (DMC’s, Corporate, Associations, etc.)
* Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities.
Required Profile:

* Cheerful and positive attitude, at the same time as respectful and professional
* Well-groomed appearance
Specific Knowledge:
* Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
* Availability to Travel (Nationally and Internationally)
* Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques.
* Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems. Ideally SAP.
* Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.).
Profesional Experience:
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
Education:
* Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.
