FUNCIONES: Architecture and design responsibility for Ottopilot (DEUTZ AG GPT)
Use of ticketing systems
Build/optimize RAG (indexing, retrieval, vector DB) and agent workflows.
Integration of SharePoint, SAP documents, manuals, Windream, ticketing systems.
Interfaces to ServiceNow/Jira and CTI/hotline; telephony integration.
Data protection, access control (Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2) and auditability.
Deployment & operations: Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
Monitoring, logging, performance, hallucination reduction, QA of model responses.
Knowledge management & feedback loops with service teams.
Maintenance of these new systems.
PERFIL:
8+ years IT experience, several years in AI/LLM/RAG projects.
English C1.
Hands-on experience in RAG design, retrieval pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering.
Strong Python skills, backend/microservices experience.
Experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, Azure OpenAI), Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD/OAuth2, monitoring stacks, data integrations (SharePoint/SAP/DB).
Experience in LLM QA, human-in-the-loop.
Preferred technologies:
Azure OpenAI.

RAG frameworks.
Python (primary).
TypeScript/React, Docker/Kubernetes, Seal Secrets, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, PostgreSQL/MySQL, CTI (optionally).
SAP integrations.

CTI/telecom knowledge.
SAP expertise.
Team lead/coaching experience.
Agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban).
Transparent communication.
Willingness to travel for kick-offs/workshops.
