- I was Au Pair in Spain and Italy, so I have experience with that as well

- Every day I learn how to be a better nanny, I try to understand how to work better with children, what they like and what they don't - I listen to them a lot, because when we talk, all needs are heard, because communication is the most effective and the best tool for maintaining good relationships between each other.
