Social functions
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and event attendees.
Social functions as greet and direct guests upon arrival provide them with information they need and answer other questions.
Receptionist tasks: managing the busy switchboard, dealing with queries, screening calls and transferring calls appropriately. Other aspects of the role dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, managing the meeting room bookings and supporting the team with any other administrative tasks.
